You will be asked to provide your personal information anytime you are in contact with ROVE. You are not required to provide the personal information that we have requested, but if you chose not to do so, in many cases, we would not be able to provide you with our products or services or respond to any queries you may have.

Upon you creating a ROVE ID, purchasing our product, and using our service, you will have to provide or enter a variety of information,  such as your name, mailing address, order number, phone number, email address, contact preferences, feedback, or any other information you provide, the information you share with a third-party via our service or information you save when using our service.

2) Information on your devices such as MAC address, version of the camera, and device manufacturer and model number.

3) ROVE INNOTECH Limited collects information about the services that you use and how you use them. This includes i. Device or software information, such as your mobile device's configuration information. The information about the app and other software you use. Communication is made via our services, such as your phone number, time and date of calls, and duration of calls.

The information (metadata) is associated with the content you share via our service, including the date, time, or location of the photos and videos you shared, time, and location of the images and videos shared on our platform.

When you use ROVE services, we may collect and process information about your actual location. This includes i. The location information is collected via GPS or WiFi when you use a mobile device to access our service. ii. The real-time location information provided by you or other users, such as the location information in your account, the current or previous location information shown on your shares, the location tags of the photos you share. iii. You can disable location collection by turning off the location positioning on your mobile device.

       3. WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

Email marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products, and other updates.

All the services we provide are subject to this privacy policy, while the special services are subject to a particular privacy policy.
